• • Attempting to reverse engineer or hack our services
• • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Content Standards:

You are responsible for all content created using our platform. Content must not be defamatory, harassing, threatening, or violate any person's rights to privacy or publicity.

Consent Requirements:

• • Obtain explicit written consent before cloning someone's voice
• • Ensure the person understands how their voice will be used
• • Respect withdrawal of consent at any time
• • Do not clone voices of deceased individuals without estate permission

Prohibited Voice Uses:

• • Creating deepfakes or misleading audio content
• • Impersonating public figures without permission
• • Generating content for fraud or deception
• • Creating non-consensual intimate or inappropriate content

InBots Intellectual Property:

All InBots software, algorithms, trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

User Content:

• • You retain ownership of content you create using our platform
• • You grant InBots a license to host, process, and improve our services
• • Voice recordings may be used to improve our AI models (anonymized)
• • You represent that you have rights to all uploaded content

Third-Party Rights:

Respect all third-party intellectual property rights. Do not use copyrighted materials, trademarked content, or proprietary information without proper authorization.

Subscription Plans:

• • Subscription fees are billed in advance
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• • Free trial periods may be offered at our discretion
• • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Payment Processing:

• • Payments are processed by secure third-party providers
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension
• • You're responsible for applicable taxes and fees

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of paid subscriptions.

InBots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

User Responsibility:

You're solely responsible for your use of our services and any consequences arising from content you create or share using our platform.

Termination by InBots:

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for:

• • Non-payment of fees
• • Extended periods of inactivity

Effect of Termination:

• • Your data may be deleted after a reasonable period
